MERSİN VALİLİĞİ YÜKSEK MAKAMINA
Mersin büyükşehir belediye barınagı konum olarak uygun degildir, her an düşme tehlikesi olan sarp kayaların altına koyulmuştur. Bu barınak sadece hayvanlar için değil aynı zamanda çalışan görevliler için de sağlık açısından risk oluşturmaktadır.Yeterli sayıda eleman ve görevli de yoktur.Ameliyat öncesi ve ameliyat sonrası bölümleri mevcut degildir, derme çatma ve sağlıga aykırı kullanılmaktadır.
Bu Bağlamda ;
1-ACİLEN, Bu barınagın yerinin hayvanlar ve insanlar için daha güvenli, yasada bwelirtilen koşulları içeren bir alana taşınmasının sağlanmasını,
2-Barınakta yeterli sayıda eleman oluncaya , postoperatif ve prooperatif bölümler yasaya uygun biçimde oluşturuluncaya kadar Mersin barınagına hayvan alımının durdurulması ve kısırlaştırma operasyonları için dışarıdan hizmet alımı sağlanmasını,
3-Belediyenin Üniversite içindeki kedi evine haziran ayından itibaren ialç ve mama almadiği bilgisinin tafamızıa ulaşmasıyla, Acilen Belediyenin ilaç ve mama alımı yapmasını talep ediyoruz.
4982 ve 3071 sayılı yasalar geregi tarafımıza bilgi verilmesini saygılaımızla arz ederiz
